Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LicenceBase (licencebase.com, "we", "us") and every purchase you make here. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are and what we sell

LicenceBase is a Canadian digital-products business. We sell digital license access: software license keys, premium-subscription access and account activations for third-party services. All prices are shown and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Product names, logos and trademarks shown on this site belong to their respective owners. LicenceBase is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies unless explicitly stated.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering — in particular a valid email address, since your purchases are delivered there.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or chargeback schemes.

3. Ordering and payment

• Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Orders can also be arranged via WhatsApp.
• An order is confirmed when payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order we cannot fulfil.
• Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before delivery; in that case you will be offered the correct price or a full refund.

4. Delivery

• ⚡ Fast delivery after payment: your key or credentials appear in My Account and are emailed to you — most orders within minutes, and always within our 12-hour guarantee.
• 🛠 Assisted products are set up together with our team via WhatsApp after purchase — you'll receive a setup link by email and in your account.
• If anything goes wrong with a delivery, contact support and we will fix or replace it. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Your responsibilities as a customer

• Use purchased licenses and accounts only as described on the product page and in accordance with the upstream vendor's terms.
• Do not resell, share, or publish keys or credentials purchased here unless the product explicitly allows it.
• Do not attempt to activate a single-device key on multiple devices, manipulate regions, or otherwise abuse the product — licenses blocked for misuse are not replaced or refunded.
• Keep delivered credentials secure; we are not responsible for losses caused by you sharing them.

6. Support

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for changes third-party vendors make to their services after delivery.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Store credit / balance

• You may top up a prepaid LicenceBase balance (CAD) via Stripe and use it to pay for purchases. Your balance and full transaction history are always visible in My Balance.
• Unused balance is refundable on request — contact support and we will return it to your original payment method.
• Balance is not transferable between accounts and has no cash value beyond its refundable amount.
• Fraud or a chargeback on a top-up freezes the associated balance pending review; the funds are not seized, but top-ups and balance payments are paused until the review completes.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer-protection law.
